These terms apply to Moovli ("the app", "we", "us"), operated by Moovli, Jaffna, Sri Lanka. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
The app creates a private account for you automatically. You can link a Google or email account to keep your data across devices. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab or as described on the deletion page.
The in-app assistant generates replies automatically. Replies can be incomplete or wrong, and are not medical, nutritional or professional advice. Do not rely on them for decisions about your health. Do not enter personal, medical or sensitive information. You can report a reply from inside the chat by pressing and holding it. We may limit how many questions can be asked per day.
Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around its limits or security, no automated access, and no use of the assistant to produce harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
The app, its design, plans and text belong to Moovli or its licensors. Exercise data is based on the open-source Free Exercise DB. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Your own workout data stays yours.
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy. Premium subscribers see no ads.
The app is provided "as is" and may contain errors or be unavailable at times. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Moovli is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app, its plans, or the assistant's replies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
